New residential complex of business class. It's a beautiful, spacious apartment with a private garden and parking space.

The apartment has two cozy rooms with access to the garden. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa that can be easily converted to comfortably accommodate two more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The city center (Wenceslas Square - Vaclavské naměstí) is just a 10-minute tram ride away, and the tram stop is right in front of the residence, with trams running every 3-4 minutes. Shopping Mall is a 7 min walk. There is also a metro stop (3 stops to the center).

Parking space is located on the lower floor of the same building, and we are happy to provide this space to our guests (is included in the cost).

High-speed Internet, Wi-fi, smart TV. Above the apartment there is a shared terrace for relaxation.

We always aim to personally welcome our guests, but if you arrive very late after midnight, we can leave the keys at the reception of this residence and send you a detailed video guide on how to access the apartment.

Right in the residential complex there is a large shop with everything you need and a restaurant.

In the unlikely case that you will lose keys or smoke in the apartment, a payment of 100 EUR to cover the damages will be required.
